Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of Cabookie is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using Cabookie, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Where the User operates Cabookie for its own customers and drivers, the User remains responsible for its own privacy notices, consent requirements, data retention practices, and legal obligations.

XXIII

Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cabookie, its branding, documentation, website content, design elements, trademarks, and proprietary materials remain the property of NEGUP SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property ownership to the User except for the specific rights expressly granted under the applicable license.

However, product descriptions, pricing, features, screenshots, documentation, and technical requirements may change as the product evolves. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and modify product specifications where necessary.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NEGUP SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of Cabookie
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law

Upon termination:

  • Access to applicable services may cease.
  • Recurring optional services may be cancelled.
  • Outstanding amounts may become immediately due.
  • The User remains responsible for its own data and backups.
  • License rights may cease where termination results from a material license violation.

Where the User owns a valid lifetime software license, termination of an optional service does not automatically terminate unrelated rights that have already been granted, except where permitted under the applicable license terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
